Domestic Shipping Policy

At RBLOrders, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India. Our mission is to ensure your order reaches you safely, accurately, and on time.

Delivery Areas

We currently provide shipping to select cities across India. You can confirm the availability of delivery to your location either on the product details page or during checkout.

Shipping Time

  • For items marked as "Available in Stock", delivery typically takes 3 - 5 business days for cities across India.
  • For areas outside major cities, deliveries may take up to 7 business days. However, we strive to complete deliveries within 5 business days wherever possible.
  • For "Custom Design" or Made-To-Order items, the delivery may take 10 - 15 business days, depending on the city and customization requirements.

Single Destination Shipping

Currently, each order can only be shipped to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, kindly place separate orders.

Shipping Partners

We collaborate with trusted logistics partners, including Ekart, Delhivery, Sequel Logistics, Blue Dart, BVC Logistics, and India Post, to ensure your order is delivered securely and promptly.

Order Damage or Discrepancies

If you receive a package that is damaged or shows signs of tampering, do not accept the delivery. Please contact our customer service team immediately at +91-9598471506 (available from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) or email us, quoting your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

Insurance and Signature Confirmation

All shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation from the recipient at the time of delivery. You may be asked to provide a scanned copy of a government-issued ID for address verification before shipment. Accepted IDs include:

  • PAN Card
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID
  • Postal ID (Aadhar)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our website's Order Tracking page or directly through the courier’s website.

International Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. We use reputable couriers such as India Post, BVC Logistics, and Sequel Logistics to ensure that your order reaches you promptly. The first delivery attempt will typically occur within 10 working days of placing your order, barring any delays due to customs procedures or government regulations.

Delivery Partners

International deliveries are handled by local postal services or courier partners in the destination country. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the service levels of the local shipping provider and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost for international orders will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, as well as any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon entry into the destination country.

Customs Clearance

All international shipments must pass through Indian customs before dispatch. The product and its documentation are submitted for inspection, examination, and assessment before shipment. Customs delays may occur, which could affect the actual delivery date.

Signature on Delivery

For both domestic and international shipments, a signature will be required upon delivery to confirm receipt of the order.
